Already working with a Maryland lender?

One question determines whether your deal has access to Maryland's full down payment assistance stack.

Check if my lender is MMP-authorized →

If your lender is authorized, we'll tell you and send you back to your deal.

Your lender being licensed isn't the same as being MMP-authorized.

Maryland's Mortgage Program maintains a separate list of authorized lenders — lenders who have been trained and approved to originate MMP loans and access Maryland's DPA programs. General mortgage licensing doesn't include this. A lender can be fully licensed and still not be on the MMP list.

Most buyers don't know this distinction exists. Their lender might not either.

Finding out is not the same as switching.

This check tells you where your deal stands. It doesn't move your loan, contact your lender, or commit you to anything. You enter your lender's name — you get an answer. That's it. What you do with that answer is up to you.

If your lender is authorized, we'll tell you — and send you back to your deal.

This tool doesn't exist to steal your loan or replace your lender. It exists because mid-process buyers have a specific, answerable question — and nobody was giving them a straight answer without making them fill out a form first.

If your lender is on the MMP list, you'll know in 30 seconds. No contact info required to see the result.
